Founder of CARIDEMA

Thomas BOUR-MINOTTI is a graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). His career has been built across the full real estate value chain, from investment to asset development.

Education

  • Master's degree in Real Estate Development & Construction Management (GESIIC), Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, RICS-accredited
  • Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne
  • Chartered Surveyor in Project Management (MRICS), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
RICS, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

He began his career in Private Equity Real Estate at KKR before joining SOCRI Limited, where he contributed to the development of high-end villas in Miami. He then continued his career at SFL, a leading owner and developer of prime commercial real estate in Paris, where he was involved in value-add investments across some of the city's most prestigious markets.

He later joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he led the development of major mixed-use and retail projects across Europe.

His career then took him to the Caribbean with SEMSAMAR, where he led residential, infrastructure, healthcare and urban development projects, gaining hands-on command of the operational realities of Caribbean markets.

CARIDEMA was born from the complementary nature of these experiences. Having identified the absence in the Caribbean of a firm capable of bringing investment, development and construction together under one roof, Thomas BOUR-MINOTTI envisioned a single-point-of-contact model, rooted in the region and covering the full real estate value chain.

Today, alongside CARIDEMA's multidisciplinary teams, his experience across prime and high-end real estate, major developments and Caribbean markets enables him to approach complex and ambitious projects with a truly integrated perspective.
