CARIDEMA is a real estate advisory, development and investment management firm dedicated to the Caribbean.
CARIDEMA was founded on the complementary backgrounds of its partners, some coming from Private Equity Real Estate & Infrastructure, others from Real Estate Development and Construction. CARIDEMA combines investor discipline with hands-on operational expertise. This dual perspective is our signature: every project decision is assessed with the financial discipline of an investor and tested against the operational realities of development and construction.
With a strong presence across the Caribbean, we work every day alongside local authorities, contractors and professional networks. This local presence gives us first-hand knowledge of the technical, logistical, regulatory and tax constraints specific to each market.

Thanks to the dual culture of its founders, CARIDEMA masters the entire real estate development value chain.
We manage the full lifecycle of a real estate asset: opportunity assessment and investment structuring, financial and tax structuring, design, permitting and regulatory approvals, procurement, construction management, handover, followed by performance management throughout the operating phase.
